Delete your CassaLoop account

CassaLoop account and data requests

You can request permanent account deletion directly inside the CassaLoop app:

Settings → Privacy & safety → Request account deletion

Once you confirm inside the app, your deletion request has been submitted. No email or customer-service contact is required.

CassaLoop will permanently delete your account and associated personal data within 7 days, except information we are legally required to retain. We will email you when deletion is complete. You may continue signing in until the request has been processed.

Deleting your CassaLoop account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. Please manage or cancel your Apple subscription here.
